09 | 11 | 09 -- Leapfrog Makes The List of Business Journal's Top Ad/Marketing Agencies
Leapfrog Marketing, PR & Design, and affiliate agency Leapfrog Media, have again grabbed a spot on the annual list of top Marketing and Advertising Agencies, as published by the Business Journal of the Greater Triad. Leapfrog came in tied at No. 17 on the list, published in the Sept. 11, 2009 edition of the Business Journal.
“We have only made this list because of our visionary clients and business partners, who have worked together, with us, to ‘surthrive’ in this difficult economy,” said Leapfrog President Jordan Bressler. “It has been a whirlwind year, and we are blessed to celebrate our 17th anniversary of operation with an apropros ranking on the Business Journal’s list.”
Leapfrog recently celebrated its first anniversary as a true, full-service Marketing 2.0 agency. Bressler, Leapfrog’s second top executive in its nearly two decades of existence, combined his public relations and grassroots firm, Amplify, with Leapfrog last August upon the departure of Leapfrog founder Justo Nunez. Longtime agency ally, media planner Keith Dyer, also joined the fold last fall and adopted the Leapfrog Media moniker.
Leapfrog is the agency of record for Lorillard Tobacco Company’s nationwide Youth Smoking Prevention Program and also counts among its clients rolls the Adult Center for Enrichment, Libby Hill Seafood, East Carolina University, the Roberson Haworth law firm, motorcoach manufacturer Prevost, Stearns Financial, custom fabricator ThermCraft, HomeRite Windows and Doors, The Drawing Academy and the fan convention known as TwiCon. It maintains offices in Wilmington and Charlotte in addition to a headquarter location in Greensboro.
