Matthew Ward

The ink wasn’t completely dry on Matthew Ward’s diploma from Greensboro College when he went from intern to new hire here at Leapfrog. He’d been working on the practical applications of his skills in business administration for six months, perfectly preparing him to step in as project estimator and Stephanie Morris’s right hand. His front-row view into our clients’ marketing needs gives him a lot of admiration for the dedication and investment it takes to build a strong business today.

 

In addition to his role as project estimator, Matt serves as head bug stomper, furniture mover, picture hanger, and box lifter. For this, the otherwise all-female staff here at Leapfrog is endlessly grateful. We all know that he loves his girlfriend and his dog, but from what we can tell, when Matt’s not working, he’s all lacrosse, all the time.

 

What’s your dream job?

I plan to own the Baltimore Ravens.

 

What are you passionate about?

I am passionate about coaching. I have an awesome time coaching high school lacrosse.
